Dallas, Texas (January 15, 2004)—Ecordia Technologies announces the launch of its flagship solution Ecordia, a unique Content Management System that integrates many enterprise-level applications into a single “corporate marketing solution.” As businesses leverage technology more to communicate with customers (i.e., email marketing, online advertising, websites), it has become increasingly important to ensure the integration of the systems and components responsible for facilitating or enabling that communication. This integration provides the opportunity to maximize each communication through shared data and shared functionality thereby increasing the potential for turning customer communication into a positive, loyalty-building experience. Ecordia’s new Content Management System is just that system. Through a robust data-driven back-end, all of Ecordia’s features are tied together into a single package ensuring that the corporate marketing professional has the arsenal of tools he needs to properly communicate business messages and values as well as craft campaigns to attract new customers. Some of Ecordia’s features include a complete Email Marketing System that provides for both plain and HTML emails and newsletters to be distributed to opt-in customers; a Survey System for developing, delivering, and managing customer surveys; Issue Reporting and Tracking System for serving customer support inquiries; and a File System Manager for providing customers with marketing materials or other corporate documents. “Ecordia has specifically developed a solution that combines many of the features found in enterprise support systems, like CMS and CRM,” says Sean Jackson, CEO of Ecordia Technologies. “With a database backend that is shared across all of the applications, the marketing professional can track and manage when and how each customer is being touched—by email, newsletter, or survey.” Ecordia is available in two versions—a hosted version (ASP) for $395 per month, and a local installable version that can be completely customized for $10,000.
